Enrichment

It has been a busy week since getting back from our little trip to Lakes Entrance. We got back Tuesday evening and I spent the rest of the week between work making up Christmas card kits that the ladies in my ward signed up to do at Enrichment, which was held on Saturday. After making over 175 cards for this kits, staying up late and making candy cane fudge to take as the treat, I was extremely happy to have Saturday come and go! :) Here are just a few pictures from the day. Two sisters taking time to write our missionaries from our ward.
Sisters making the Christmas cards. It was fun to see how they varied the kits that they had ordered and how well some of them did, and how well some of them didn't do. They all had a lot of fun, and enjoyed learning something new and sitting and laughing together as they did it.
We also did gingerbread garlands as another class. Everyone had signed up for both classes so we decided to split the classes and have half of them work on the cards and the other half work on gingerbread's and then switch while the gingerbread men were drying. Everyone who came and participated enjoyed a fun morning of crafting and friendship! I'm just glad that it turned out to be a great success and that it's over. Now maybe I can clean my house, do my Christmas cards and decorate for Christmas!

There'a nothing like an LDS Enrichment meeting for women to have fun learning and visiting! Looks great Jen, you did a spectacular job!
